Class Descriptions

CX Workz CX WORX is a short, sharp 30 minute workout that targets your abs and stabilizer muscles: it is ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention. It will help you run faster...play harder...and stand stronger!
Grit Strength 30 minute high intensity interval training! Blasts all major muscle groups, builds strength and builds lean muscle!
RPM

RPM is an indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music through a simulation of varying terrain including hills, mountains and flats. The class is designed to dramatically
improve cardiovascular endurance and core and leg strength and by using varying resistance, is suitable for all levels of fitness. DURATION: 45-50 minutes ("Performance" classes run for 60 minutes). EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: a towel

 

Body Pump

BODYPUMP is a strength and endurance training class using a bar and adjustable weights. This class challenges all of your major muscle groups using the most efficient strengthening exercises

series of challenging isometric moves and poses. DURATION: 60 minutes EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: a towel and a Pilates mat (available in the Group Fitness studio free of charge)
   

THINGS TO REMEMBER:

* Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class start time for set up and so the class starts on time.
* Bring all equipment required and don't forget a water bottle. Yoga mats and gloves will be provided however we encourage you to purchase your own for hygiene reasons.
* Bookings for crèche are essential.
* Bring your smile and born ready attitude.
