Joely ex fitness competitor has excelled and become one of Queensland’s leading Les Mills instructors. She is extremely passionate about presenting her best in each class she presents.

All members get 3 sessions including Fitness testing, body composition & personalise exercise prescription with a Personal Trainer included in there membership.

What is the BodyPod ?

World Gym Ashmore is the first Fitness Centre in Australia to install a Bodpod.
The BodPod measures a client’s body composition, differentiating between Lean Muscle mass, Skeletal weight, water and fat.

Why have a BodPod?

We are in the results business so we need to have an accurate tool to measure our client’s results. It also gives positive reinforcement that what they are doing is working.
